This set of five beads won Scott the position of Top Ten Finalists for the Bead and Button Show Bead Dreams contest this year for the Handmade Beads and Buttons category (2007). He was awarded a Ribbon and a spot in the display cases at the Bead and Button Show in Milwaukee where thousands of attendees were able to view them. This is the largest bead show in the United States. It was quite an honor for Scott.

These are the best Fossil Cylinders I have seen Scott make so far in his career as a beadmaker. They are exquisite and flawless and go very well together as a collection. One of Scott's Fossil Cylinders is also currently on tour with the Trajectories exhibit sponsored by The International Society of Glass Beadmakers and The Bead Museum in Arizona. The fine detail on these beads is mind blowing.

The Lobby at the Midwest Express Convention Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where the Bead and Button Show is held. Scott's beads were in that first showcase on the top and closest to the foreground of the picture.
